We offer local pickup within zip code 99205.
We normally ship within 48 hours of your order. Shipping is included to destinations within the United States (USA). Due to the value of our products, B. Pozzitive Bags primarily uses USPS Priority Mail with additional insurance. Shipping to any other country or location is available at the purchaser's expense.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Amazon Pay.
B. Pozzitive Bags has a 10-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after the shipping estimated delivery date* to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
A $50 restocking fee will be assessed for all returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at BPozzitiveBags@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at BPozzitiveBags@gmail.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Custom/Commissioned Products (CustomWear and Ancestry Bags) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You can exchange a product if the item originally purchased is in the same condition as when it was mailed to you. Contact us at BPozzitiveBags@gmail.com to exchange information and directions. A $30 restocking fee will be assessed for all exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
